Axigen Webmail lets you access your email from any web browser without installing software. Whether you're at home, work, or on the go, you can check messages, reply to emails, and manage your folders directly online.
How to sign in
- Open your web browser and visit the Axigen Webmail URL provided by your email hosting provider (typically something like
mail.yourdomain.comor similar — your provider will give you the exact address). - Enter your full email address in the username field.
- Enter your email password.
- Click Sign In or press Enter.
- (Optional) Check the Remember username box if you want your email address saved for next time (only on personal computers).
Logging out safely
Always sign out when you're finished, especially on shared computers:
- Look for the Sign Out, Logout, or profile menu (often in the top-right corner).
- Click it and confirm.
- Close your browser window for extra security.
Mobile access
If you're using a phone or tablet, your provider may offer a mobile-optimized version. Ask them if there's a dedicated mobile URL (sometimes /m is added to the address).
Troubleshooting login issues
Forgotten password? Contact your email provider's support team — they can reset your password or guide you through a self-service recovery if available.
Wrong username format? Make sure you enter your complete email address (e.g., yourname@yourdomain.com), not just the name part.
Can't reach the server? Check that you're using the correct webmail URL. It's different from your website's address. Confirm with your provider if you're unsure.
Once you're signed in, you'll see your inbox with recent messages ready to read, reply to, or forward.
