Axigen Webmail keeps your daily email tasks simple. Here are the essentials for composing, replying, organizing, and finding messages.

Composing a new email

  1. Click the Compose or New Message button (usually near the top-left of the interface).
  2. In the To field, type the recipient's email address.
  3. Add more recipients in the Cc (copy) or Bcc (blind copy) fields if needed.
  4. Enter a subject line in the Subject field.
  5. Click in the message body and type your email.
  6. (Optional) Attach a file by clicking Attach or the paperclip icon.
  7. Click Send when ready.

Replying to an email

  1. Open the message you want to reply to.
  2. Click Reply to respond only to the sender, or Reply All to include everyone in the original conversation.
  3. Type your response in the message body.
  4. Click Send.

Forwarding a message

  1. Open the email you want to forward.
  2. Click Forward.
  3. Enter the recipient's email address in the To field.
  4. Add any additional comments in the message body.
  5. Click Send.

Managing folders

View folders: Your folder list appears on the left side (Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Trash, and any custom folders you've created).

Move a message: Select a message and click Move, then choose the destination folder. Or drag and drop the message into a folder.

Create a new folder: Look for a New Folder option (usually in a menu or folder list context menu). Name it and save.

Delete messages: Select a message and click Delete. It moves to Trash. To permanently remove it, empty the Trash folder.

Searching your mailbox

  1. Click the Search icon or field (usually at the top of the mailbox).
  2. Type a sender name, subject, or keyword from the message body.
  3. Press Enter or click the search button.
  4. Results show matching emails. Click any result to open it.
  5. To search only the current folder, use the folder's search option before running a mailbox-wide search.

Quick tips

  • Drafts folder: Messages you compose but don't send are saved here. Return to them to finish and send later.
  • Sent folder: Copies of all emails you've sent are stored automatically.
  • Starred or flagged messages: Some versions let you mark important emails with a star or flag for quick access.
  • Read vs. unread: Click a message to mark it read; unread messages are often highlighted so you know what's new.
